Pros
Promotes transparency and openness within the company. Employee engagement and initiatives to promote camaraderie and we treat each other as family. Grow together and learn from one another. Promotes diversity. The leadership team is very supportive of the team members and managers. Autonomy to do things your way. Promotes the Open Door Policy. Established process in place compared with other startup companies. Time flexibility I do love and enjoy working here with fun, smart and cool people.
Cons
Not much I can say. I recognize the improvement areas as there is no perfect company. But this company made me travel and work at the same time. Something I appreciate a lot and feel grateful than looking at some flaws.
