      Friendly and honest staff and co workers that constantly push to develop you. Also a great benifits bag which you can cater to meet your own needs.

      Pros

      You have big responsibility from day one. Managers trust you and handle you important work. Many projects are very interesting, dealing with the major/big corporation in Germany. The seniors have a great network and super intelligent.

      Cons

      It can be stressful and overwhelming. You need to be tough and mentally strong to handle the work successfully.
