      This company has grown by adding smart and passionate team members that really care about the business. The collaborative effort allows team members to learn from each other as well as impact the direction the business takes. The company culture fosters a relaxed atmosphere where different departments work together and all voices are heard.

      Cons

      Growing pains are felt as the company moves from a small company culture to a more corporate environment. Addition of new departments like HR will surely help smooth the transition.
