Directors bringing their personal arguments into work, blaming the staff for anything and everything that happens in the business, vile atmosphere 95% of the time and the other 5% playing mind games, being expected to do roles that never done before with no training and then if something goes wrong verbally abused! Directors make mistakes then gang up on the employee and blames them instead. The list is endless!!
