      Pros

      Interesting projects, creative element to the work being done. Some lovely people working there.

      Cons

      Management are often promoted without any supporting qualifcations which often results in lack of communication around planning and executing projects.

      Truly a great place to work as recognized by Outside Magazine Skratch has a great purpose - helping people become better The vision the company has very inspiring The team, top to bottom and left to right, all truly care for each other Good benefits

      Cons

      Average pay (good pay for the outdoor industry, but you can definitely make more somewhere else) With a small team, you don't always have the expertise or experience you'd have access to at a larger company. The company is bootstrapping its growth and that can mean you don't have the resources you need. The office and warehouse spaces are pretty much maxed out.
