You do get paid for your time.

Cons

They are very dishonest with the job description saying you will learn about acounting and how a big company runs their accounting operations. Instead 70% of your job is photocopying invoices and entering them into the system which is a process which sould have been automated 10 years ago. Management is very rude if you bring up these problems.

Worked with a great team. They also promote from within, so sky is the limit.

Cons

Low pay, constant emergencies. A lot of mandatory saturdays.
