Pros

Some good people but don't know how to transform a business. A company this size should be more agile.

Cons

A long-time Cisco partner, but not one employee worthy of becoming a Cisco Champion. Too dependent on Cisco who blocks them at every turn. Management has no any valuable relationships -none - with other companies to expand business with other entities.
