      Good technology (if not innovative), works as expected.

      Cons

      Management structure was all wrong. Not enough experience to execute effectively, They do not pay commission earned in the field.

      Go to market strategy is challenging but recent announcement of new partner Microsoft will hopefully change that, albeit slowly
