      Pros

      Science Park is amazing place to be for anybody in science and technology, and the company HQ is in the middle of it.

      Cons

      Talent goes to die at Skytree, management team is lead by in experience people, that have no idea of what it takes to do RnD or build a product. Projects that take months are expected within a week. Everything is outsource to design firms. Engineer do nothing but have pointless meetings with management.

      - Opportunities - Personal growth possibilities - Great field (climate and green energy) - Lot of focus on future growth - Typical startup vibe

      - Transparency is decent but should be improved - The office is not setup fully, gonna take some more time -Cross departmental collaboration needs to improve a lot

      Great professional and social atmosphere Working here brings me a feeling of working towards something great and amazing for us and the planet

      no pension scheme yet a bit messy at times but this is a start-up and we are all working towards a bigger mission and logistics will get more organized with time
