Pros

- The team you work with - Office location

Cons

- The CEO. He is a manipulative person that lies constantly about the business and does not manage expectations based on reality. - Salaries are so low it's almost abusive. The CEO strategy is to create absurd benefits (employee of the month) that don't add up to the work that's expected in return. No real benefits for employees. - No investment in career paths nor any strategy to evolve the skills of their employees. - Communication with middle management is usually fluid. The CEO is completely disconnected and lacks vision since he does not really listen to his employees.

Pros

Good and important clients. You can be the chief of department in no time as everybody working in it will leave within months.

Cons

Low quality code: They dont have tests environment at all, indeed, they dont even do proper manual testing or code reviews whatsoever. Even if you have good developers, it is not enough. Really low salaries, although u will be promised a higher one, apparently this is the only company that includes the annual bonus as part of the salary,( this bonus never happens anyway). Low investments: Looks like Jira is too expensive for the CEO. You can have a sunbath while coding at 3pm with +30 degrees as blinds are too expensive as well. You can be sent wherever to work as subcontracted staff, and they are able to fire you if you reject this amazing chance. CEO wants to control everything.
