      Pros

      new flexible technology, smart people, industry interesting topics in orchestration that are being dealt with (document processing, supply and demand in carrier capacity, collaboration...)

      Cons

      - short-term business mentality - each player on / for its own - incomplete offering and weak roadmap forward (lack of vision) - environment not encouraging / not empowering bottom up ideas - sadly still "smoking mirrors" culture; bad name in the industry

      There are some good managers at this company that do care about its employees, but the higher ups could care less.

      Cons

      Payroll is consistently late and as of today a month behind on paying employees. Would not recommend this employer.
