No matter how well you perform, your work is not acknowledged unless it is criticized. Approval from the director seems to matter more than actual performance. If the director does not like you, you risk being laid off based on a fabricated story driven by ego and pride.
Cons
The company environment feels neither fair nor supportive. Employees are treated like machines, with little respect or consideration. The workplace culture encourages people to point fingers at each other to protect themselves, rather than working as a team. The workload is extremely heavy, and even eight hours is not enough to keep up. Despite working hard, employees are not rewarded; instead, they are made to feel as if they are not capable of doing their jobs.
