      Pros

      Working here is like my second home,you don't get bored even at the long full shift...you also gets several breaks between the shift for coffee,smoking,and playing games like carrom to relaxe your mind

      Cons

      Some changes needed like company should have some food for night shift at canteen in case someone forgets to bring their dinner they can have from canteen service
