some interesting events. payroll and HR staff are cool

The management team has a huge turnover. With the departure of the CEO it is not clear who is the leader Managers are more concerned with dress code and style than following consultants, clients and projects.

Cons
You are micromanaged all the time. There is a camera installed in both offices (Porto and Lisbon) so the directors can watch you on your desk. You are forced to work heavy long hours on a daily basis as they believe quantity is equal to quality. On your holidays/days off you are expected to check your emails regularly and carry the on call phone with you. They have non sense KPI's and expect you to work like a dog... to make those KPI's just because they only care about nonsense figures that don't even translate into quality. The turn over in this company is crazy high and they are so oblivious to that, they just can't see what is wrong.

Managers care about you. Nice company events.

No salary progression if you are a skilled worker, only if you go to the company parties and other social events.

Salary too low and doesn't increase. Lot of Show off. Managers and people in leadership positions without experience.

Good Salaries for people with experience. Protect talent instead of underestimate it. Review management.

Salary too low. Too many parties to make up for failures. Managers and people in leadership positions without experience and lack of quality.

The people are good and the paycheck is reasonable. They do make some ocasional events
Cons
Given that this is a HR company I think there should be a bigger concern over the general happiness of the people. Sometimes months go by without hearing anything from head office.
Advice to Management
Pay attention to the people. Getting new people in is good but the older ones should not be forgotten.
