Pros

- Decent work-life balance - Some colleagues are supportive and knowledgeable

Cons

- Very limited salary growth, even after multiple years of service - After 3 years, salary may still remain below ₹4 LPA for many freshers - Appraisals are frequently delayed and often lack transparency - No clear communication from upper management; decisions often benefit only a select few team leads - Project opportunities are limited, especially in terms of new technologies or career-enhancing work - Promises made by team leads during projects often don't materialize during appraisals - Bond terms are strict — breaking it may involve paying ₹1 lakh + 6 months’ salary - No structured career path; many developers find themselves stuck in outdated technologies after 2+ years. Many friends from college may advance faster in terms of salary and career elsewhere

Pros

- Colleagues are generally helpful and pleasant to work with. - ₹3 Lakh health insurance coverage. - 20 days of leave per year. - Free lunch provided.

Cons

Bond & Notice Period: - For freshers, there is a 3-year mandatory bond, plus a 3-month notice period. - Interns are required to serve a 6-month internship, followed by a 3-year compulsory bond and a 3-month notice period. - At the time of joining, the company asks you to submit a ₹1 Lakh bond cheque and sign a bond agreement on a stamp paper. - If you wish to break the bond, the company demands a ₹1 Lakh bond-breaking penalty, plus the salary for the 6-month training period (₹1.5 Lakh), totaling ₹2.5 Lakh. - If you break the bond without paying, the company may initiate legal action (court case). It’s crucial to read the bond agreement carefully before signing. Probation & Leaves: - The company has a 6-month probation period during which you are not allowed to take any leave. Work Conditions: - The office is located far from Thane Railway Station, and you will often face traffic on the road. - Free lunch may be stopped for months due to vendor changes (previously, even evening snacks were discontinued). - You may be forced to work overtime and on weekends without any extra pay. There is no overtime compensation. Career Growth & Compensation: - The first salary increment typically happens after 1.5 to 2 years of service. - The company follows a March appraisal cycle, but delays of 4-5 months in the appraisal process are common, and even then, the increment is often lower than expected and below market standards. - After the 3-year bond period, many freshers leave the company, and new freshers are hired. This cycle continues. Management & Work Culture: - No clear communication from management, and team leads tend to side with management instead of addressing employee concerns. - There are no significant or interesting projects, leading to a lack of career growth opportunities. - Management spends company funds on foreign/business trips and renting additional office space, which often remains unoccupied. - The work environment can be negative, with employees hoping for improvements but without clear guidance from the company. Other Considerations: - If you are hired for a particular programming language (e.g., Java), you may be assigned to a different language or team. It's essential to confirm your role with HR before accepting the offer.
