Smart WFM colleagues and management are absolutely fantastic. The leadership's support is immeasurable. They ensure that we are comfortable with our workload and the projects we're working on. Management also constantly reaches out to their employees to gather feedback and they DO listen and action accordingly. Our leadership believes that apart from strategic business plans, behind the overall success of the company are employee satisfaction and well-being. When employees are happy, they deliver excellent results.

Nothing, really. Smart WFM has everything I search for from an employer.
