Leadership team focussed on building a world class team and opportunities for progression Fabulous location and office Stable, profitable and well invested Product has major new launches planned to stay at no1 in market over the next 12 months with best of breed partners.

Cons

Really none, but we do need to continue to work on diversity and communicating the opportunity with our team.
