Great continuing education videos available on new trends

Cons

District leaders are lazy and will tear apart the business you spend years building, 3 different bosses in three years, manage for minimum wage, the more time you spend you spend building business and developing staff the less you make, kind of a catch 22 especially if you ask for a raise and are told to be more productive.

They don’t care about employees at all, I went from a corporate store and we got bought by the yellowhammer salon group. The district manager spews our lies every time she opens her mouth. I felt like I was being bullied at every encounter with upper management. My bonus went from $400/month to $9 a month. Not worth my time. Also hassle you outside of work to do work for free

The new pricing lists are an insult and a slap in the face to all of our stylists who have to but their rears to make a decent average wage based off commission.
