      Pros

      There's a roof over your head, it's a wage if you're really really desperate. There's a car park but situated just off a dangerous roundabout.

      Cons

      The half day on a Friday doesn't make up for the long days Mon to Thurs with an unpaid lunch break. No canteen, no outdoor seating. The most boring job and company you could work for. Watch out for backstabbers.

      Access to large brands/companies to grow your own personal network. Friday afternoons off.

      Cons

      Obsession with measuring performance. Limited career progression. Low pay compared to competitors.

      Pros

      Great and well balanced team with various knowledge backgrounds and experiences. People are really passionate about their profession and strive for excellence at what they do.

      Cons

      Great responsability with project leading but no incentives or salary increase. A lot of overtime to get the job done and finish on time. Scientists do project leading, managing the team, training of people, writing sales proposals for clients but the BDM get the credit and percentage and no payment for the actual people that did all work.
