Toxic company with a dog-eat-dog, bullying culture, set in the old-school ways of the advertising industry, which is thankfully dying out.

An out of date, old-school production company that still works like it's the 1990s - sexism, racism, bullying and all - you're either in the in-crowd (rich, privately educated, or willing to do ANYTHING for management), or you're ostracised.
