      Great Benefits, Difficult Management

      Pros

      Benefits are great. Health insurance, 401k and Pension. Work in a pretty straight forward but can be stressful.

      Cons

      Micro Management can be an issue dependent on region. Different styles of management within the same department leading to a sense of confusion in expectations. Work can become mundane leading to burn out.
