Pros

Location and 2 days work from home is great perk.

Cons

A number of people are not nice at this company. Being such a small company it makes you want to work from home every day.

Pros

The employees, and the Boulder office.

Cons

The company has big ideals, but lacks the knowledge to understand and commit to what it takes to build a successful business. They want to grow the business, but are not willing to make the right investments. The company is led by engineers that got into the space at the right time, but without the right knowledge to further grow the business. Worse yet, they are not willing to heed the advice of experts that can advise them. They lack a comprehensive business plan with a real understanding of what should be their focus with a Sales & Marketing strategy.

Lack of Integrity. Not What It Used To Be

Pros

Decent work and life balance...kind of

Cons

The leadership is toxic. The product is going nowhere. They are not honest about how in trouble they are. One single product that they are unwilling to listen to the market about. They won't fail. However, they also won't grow. There is no integrity left in this place. Most of the talent has left as well. There are a few good people. They pay below market and they are below market.

Thank you for your feedback! Our goal is for every employee to feel heard and for suggestions like yours about our product to be taken seriously. We hope that you brought this up during your recent quarterly growth conversation with your manager so they could tackle your concerns head on. In case you didn't, here are some initial thoughts on the points you've identified: We've made some serious moves this year with hiring a Senior Product Manager that will be forward looking and market focused, and as a leadership team, we're always striving to be as transparent as possible about our wins, but also our shortcomings. We make compensation decisions based on careful research (we even purchased software to help us do this well!) and don't limit the amount of merit increases/commission/bonuses any one person can get. The last thing we want is for anyone to feel underpaid or undervalued. One thing we will disagree with you on is we have amazing people. Each person on our team, in both offices, brings something unique and valuable to the table. We're deeply sorry that your experience with us hasn't been up to the standard that aim for for everyone.
