      A company who will scam you, avoid working here at all cost

      the only pros here is the people other than higher management. everyone is so nice and helpful except all the high management. they dont even know most of their employee

      Cons

      - they give you a very very very very low increment, its almost nothing - even if you got above average review in annual review, they will mention that the great review will be reflected in the annual bonus but when its time to give bonus they say not reach target!! - not even 13 month salary - company send you to client office, client will push you beyond beyond beyond your limit. why? because youre not working with your client, youre working with snappymob. client will not lose any of the employee. snappymob will just replace you with another unlucky guy to the client. - ceo said he will take responsibility for not giving bonus. he just say that to look nice, but he never do anything to be responsible. - snack is almost none????? - they always reduce people notice period if they dont like you. its because they dont wanna pay your notice period. its like they can reduce your notice period, but you cant.

      1. Diverse, helpful, chill and friendly colleagues 2. There is recognition on your good work 3. Encourage you to take up new skills 4. You can ask to change projects (depending on availability) 5. You can work from home (depending on the project you got assigned to)

      Cons

      1. It's a coin toss on whether you'd be assigned to either a great project or a horrible one. For me it was horrible both times (with the second one being worse). For my second project I got assigned to work on a notorious client with bad work-life reputation. Although I was in that project for a short time, it derailed my sense of self after an intense stress episode and developer's death in the project. I probably need to go to therapy because I have left this company and I'm still affected by it (unfortunately). 2. No bonus in sight after working for over 2 years >:( 3. Sometimes it can be very isolating when you're the only one assigned to work from a client site 4. Did not pay me my last allowance despite promising me it will be credited a month after my last day >:(

      All the pros listed here are subjective, it depends on your project and teams

      Cons

      - Micromanagement, you need to explain how many hours spend on each JIRA task. - All good devs had left to avoid being outsourced to 30km away offices without the management even asking. - No job security, you will be outsourced or removed anytime if the client decided to not prolong the contract. - Pantry has nothing but water - Low pay with no bonus, a mere 3% increment annually regardless of your base salary, REGARDLESS. - They tend to lie a lot when it comes to money issue. Be careful…
