Do you notice that the reviews are all 5 stars and the only ones getting thumbed up? The reviews on google are also made by people who work for this place. They will respond to a negative review in a 5 star review to counteract the bad one. I am not sure where they worked but it wasnt where I was placed. The one star review is true. I interviewed with the ceo. His name is Aaron. There are lots of lies told to get you in the door and a lot of money will be dangled over your head to entice you. I needed income so I took it to pay some bills and did not care about the bonuses or benefits. As soon as you are accepted to work here the nice guy attitude will disappear. I have seen Aaron yell at certain employees and treat them something awful. Then I have heard him brag about it. You will not always be paid and the pay is likely lower than you should be earning. The environment is casual but not very good. If you are around Aaron it is worse. From the times we have interacted I would describe him as a misogynist. He will make comments about your girlfriend wife or whoever that are inappropriate. I am not sure how the other male employees ignored the comments but they always angered and sickened me. He has poked fun at a gay employee in very poor taste. I have also noticed he degrades the female employees more than the male and likes to interrupt them to make them look stupid in front of people. Most of his employees are female too. He is also unprofessional and sneaky. Look at his response to a negative review on google. He gets his top agents to help him gang up on anyone that tries to tell the truth to outsiders and insult them. If there is a way he can delete reviews he will find it and do it. If you work here after reading the negative reviews then make it a learning experience but I would say stay away..
