      Snipp has strong products, a relevant market position, and many capable individual contributors across the business. Outside of marketing, there are good people who want to do meaningful work, and the company itself has real potential.

      Cons

      Key challenges within the marketing function include a lack of consistent professionalism, accountability, effective leadership, and basic standards of respect and decency, which collectively impact team culture and performance. Toxic.

      Pros

      Great teams and collaboration. Everyone cares about doing the best we can are always ready to step up and help as needed. Management is super accessible and will get into the weeds to get things done. Mainly a remote company, you can work at your own pace as long as you get the job done and meet your goals.

      Cons

      With offices spanning from Vancouver to India, and many different time zones cross departmental work can sometimes be difficult and lead to delays.
