      Worst work culture.....In one word...no ethics.

      Pros

      You can learn a few stuffs if you are keen enough and willing to work like a basic helper on the shop floor. salary gets credited on time every time. there is specific department for every work.

      Cons

      Worst work culture. Uneducated managers..... Poor planning and management of work. No independence. Long Work hours...Like 12 hrs on daily basis.not a healthy environment to work.too much unnecessary pressure from superiors.

      1)BUS FACILITY 2)2 DAYS LATE COMMING OR EARLY GOING IS ALLOWED 3)BEST FOR FRESHERS TO GAIN KNOWLEDGE

      1)1 year probation period even if you highly experienced paid leaves will not be given for 1 year 2)3 months notice period 3)toxic directors 4)Partial behavior within employees 5) No increment 6) Nonsense rules and regulations like you can't eat non veg. and many others and there rules are changing every 2 or 3 months 7)0 culture events makes it very boring work culture

      Lots of things to learn ampoule vial filling turret machine

      Cons

      According to company 8 hrs working but actually 10-12 hrs of working salaries not on time no one supportive No time to learn things All work u have to do like ppc + purchasing Double the load Seniors forces to work overtime and Sunday work for which u won't get anything No time to go for a pee also
