The company is undergoing changes and is in the new face, with new qualified leaders, with new goals, also counting on a new structure. Snow has improved on everything, new leaders do everything they can to make you feel better and solve problems, the team is a real team and everyone helps each other a lot. There are many diversified projects with large companies, both with national and international projects, the experience is very good for learning, you learn a lot by working here personally and professionally. The environment is also healthy, you have leaders and employees open to use new technologies and solutions. Besides the company being flexible, it has a nice environment for relaxation, ping-pong table, video game, rest hammocks, fruit at will for employees and space for barbecues.
Cons
The company is in the process of shifting, and some goals are still being worked on to be achieved, so far it is doing well to achieve its goals.
