The human resources department is unorganized .The overall management is unprofessional . If you are thinking about starting a contract with this company don't believe nothing they tell you about keeping you employed .

Company will contact you and express an immense amount of interest, make you go through a phone interview, online interview with the team, online interview with the CEO (Christine Do), and then consistently ghost you throughout the entire process only to message you a week later and say "They really want you! Would you be willing to come in person to meet the team as a last step?" After going in person (on the tail end of a global pandemic) they will tell you that you got the job and you will be getting an offer that week. Only for you to get ghosted again and find out days later that "well the management ended up just bringing in one of their own people". What an absolute waste of time for me and the team. I had to take off hours and hours of work to accommodate their extremely long interviews, and half a day to attend in person to meet the team on the client site. Why meet the person I am "going to be working with" to last second pull the rug out from under everybody and change your mind? If someone isn't the right candidate, or you have a better person in mind, be honest and don't waste everyone's time.
