Soft Tech are a forward-thinking company, who encourage their employees to better themselves, and to be innovative in their approach to tasks to achieve a timely and accurate solution for the customer. The staff, who are situated all over the globe, are very approachable, and interact readily through the communication tools available to them.
Cons
During this time of "disruption", working from home has reduced the ability for personal interaction with colleagues. Working in different time zones can make setting meeting times a bit of a juggling act and can elongate the period for getting responses to queries.
