Pros

1. Good communication vibe, you can definitely talk freely with top management while having a cup of coffee in the kitchen 2. The company is growing fast. I guess it's a good thing. 3. Flexible schedule and possibility for remote work.

Cons

1. Mediocre salaries, quite hard to get a raise. 2. You don't know what project you get, you may end up with a project outside of your own skill set, it may last for just 1-2 months, etc. The projects are totally different and you always test your luck when getting a new one. 3. No understanding of department development. Everyone is doing their own thing. No understanding of an employee's growth. 4. Don't answer their phone, it's hard to contact them by email since they don't respond very quickly.

Department Development and Employee Growth: It's concerning to hear there's a lack of understanding regarding departmental development and individual career progression. We believe in the importance of clear career paths and development opportunities for all our employees. We will work on enhancing communication and support regarding career development to ensure every team member understands and has access to the resources and guidance they need to grow with us. 4. Communication Issues. We will immediately investigate this issue and implement measures to ensure our communication channels are responsive and effective.
