Fantastic teammates - smart, supportive, and somehow still sane. Daily comedy, courtesy of TLs and management decisions.

Cons

Survival = shoe-polishing, not skill. Micromanagement so intense, blinking feels rebellious. Appraisals aren’t about performance , it’s about how well you polished the TL’s shoes with your tongue all year. South Indian favoritism? Let’s just say Chennai runs the show. Politics thicker than your job description.
