No HR, not following practices like anual reviews and salary talks

- no company structure - no hierarchy - you are basically outsourced to the client and he does whatever he wants with you (you work for the external client with minimum communication with your company, No feedback, no planned performance reviews, no possibility to advance; become more senior or etc. and that happens because you work for an external client and the company is not tracking anything about you.)

Possibility of overtime sometimes No sick days without doctors notice

One of their clients is not so good to work with and some people left only because of that.

Technologies and projects were old, salaries were very very small, but all that to the side their management was terrible from manager who run the company to the owner, just dreadful persons... You could progress in Softray if you were muslim, that was their thing, if you believe in Allah you can be team lead, if you work hard and mind your own business you ain't get more than 800-900€ pay. People were fired without real reason, if manager didn't like you you are fired, no matter how you did your job. And yeah, on teambuildings you could not drink alcohol because manager is muslim... Amazing....
