Pros
-Job security: With the large amount of projects it's easy to get into a new one when the previous one ends.
Cons
-Incompetent managament. -Lazy and sometimes incompetent architects/technical leaders -Bureaucratic processes just to stop you from getting a raise or promotion. Ex. Having to complete useless and outdated courses to even get the inflation proportional salary raise. -Company rewards loyalty over qualification, you'll have to deal with tons of incompetent people in higher positions. Either you end up doing their job or your project will be doomed.

+ Benefits are OK + Salary is great + Flexible with permissions + Great place to start as trainee / junior
Cons
- As developer coding is null. - You can't have a path as developer, the most choices is for BI / ETL or management. - RH doesn't care if you dislike your client
