      Unexpected fiering from job position

      Flexible time, good infrastructure and good culture, good project

      Cons

      I was working for 15 months, and then one day management came with surprise for me , that they give me notice of a month to leave company. I was wondering that without any strong reason they ask me to leave job. This happens to few more people as well.

      - Flexible timing - No pressure

      - No learning - Seniors are not helpful - Hr is there only to laugh - Management does not care of your concerns - Employees are not respected - They commit false

      Policies sucks. Not at all recommended for the experienced developer.

      Pros

      - Salary on time. - Easy work culture. (Actually there are lot's of dumb people leading teams(in middle level) makes your job easy, but that is killer for the growth) - All Saturdays are off now.

      Cons

      - Pathetic HR policies. JUST PATHETIC. If you already have any experience don't join here look somewhere else. - Stupid and arrogant people leads team. - Don't expect ANY growth (neither knowledge nor compensation). - Low pay scale (probably one of the lowest paying company in Ahmedabad).
