      Pros

      I had the best time at Soho, a valuable intro into the industry and made some lifelong friends. Nothing but lovely memories and a magical time. One of THE best studios to work for in Toronto.

      Cons

      Initial money not amazing but almost irrelevant next to the great work and fun times you will have. lovely folk.

      no pros at all, be warned this studio has major cultural and professional problems.

      A vile group of employees that management turns a blind eye to and actually encourages back stabbing, bullying . The most negative work environment I have ever seen in any industry. With supervisors that believe in making anyone that is a threat to them look bad as publicly as they can to keep the herd inline. It is not uncommon to see fights and racist behaviour but because they are “talented artists” they can get away with anything, when they’re not even that good. Most of the artists that stay there are only there because they have no other choice, bottom feeders of the industry as almost every studio pays more and MUCH bettter pipeline tools.
