      A pathetic paycheck = earned income credit

      Cons

      They work you til u drop....literally...then once your body gives out they let you go! They lie to EDD to keep you from getting unemployment, and worse they don't pay in to State disability! The county is crooked!

      Pros

      Quiet, clean, low pressure situations, always something to do to keep busy, happy environment, educational job, small staff for good communication and friendliness.

      Cons

      Very slow paced work, easy to become distracted, easy to become bored, long shifts can be painfully slow, monotonous work.

      It was easy to work out a schedule that fit my needs.

      Cons

      Many of our branches have incidences on the daily and there is not enough SSO support. Not necessarily the Library's fault.
