      A company that provides breadth of experience instead of depth

      Pros

      Great exposure to different technologies and tools - due to large public projects. Flexible start times. 1 day a week "work from home" policy.

      Cons

      "Set it and forget it" mentality to assigning employees to client site. Lack of transparency. Lack of formal career progression. Solirius opt for a large end of year bonus rather than investing into its employees via health insurance or training allowances.

      Very good working environment. Lot's of opportunities to work with talented people. Very good client base with reputable names.

      Cons

      If you want to move teams as you prefer a different project it does take a while. Nonetheless you do get heard which is what matters in the end.
