Good place for beginners but bad place to work as you grow
Pros
- A good place to start as an intern or junior developer. - Great graduate program. - Tehnical seminras once a month - Company culture - Sports package and paid telephone bill
Cons
- Terrible management (executive management and project management ) - Medium start wage. - Health insurance contributions are calculated only on half of the salary. Part of the salary is received as a fee. - A lot of projects were with short deadlines due to bad management. - Bad place to grow as a professional since not all employees get the same chance. (The management is picking favorites) - Lots of overtime work with the imposed feeling that you have to stay for the good of the team. (Overtime is not paid) - Working under pressure - 90 % of the employees have experience only working in this company. The company's policy is to train young and inexperienced people to pay less. They don't employ experienced software engineers and there is from who to learn after a year or two.
