Pros

Great team members and frontline workers who will support and advocate for other teams and staff within the company. Super supportive and collaborative. flexible working and hybrid working.

Cons

A poorly managed company, with a significant rift between management and the C-suite, as well as frontline workers. disregard for frontline workers' worries and concerns. I was TUPE transferred last month, and we were only given 2 weeks' notice. The transfer might as well not have happened, as we now face the risk of redundancy at the new company due to the lack of an equivalent role.

Pros

Automony Excellent front line staff

Cons

Culture of face fits for promotional roles. Like to promote a voice piece to tow the line despite whether they are able to do the job or not. Personally saw people promoted who have a bad track record. But very good at speaking with the right people. All the honest, hardworking people leave and Southdown is left with clones of senior management. Where no one feels heard or communicated with, no accountability, blaming others, generally the poor hardworking schmucks that are holding teams and services together.
