      Really nothing owner is rude and racist

      Cons

      You will never get a raise, owner is cheap. He does not care about anyone but his pockets. Uses filthy equipment while handling rolls that need to be used for food, sells them at higher prices to other facilities without telling them they are used and he recycles them to make a larger profit under the table. OSHA needs to investigate this facility!

      Pros

      most of the people are good to work with, the work is hot but not too hard

      Cons

      they will drain any good employee of any will to be productive with overwork and lack of compensation. Also HR seems to think they are the wolf of wallstreet and will try to cheat employees out of pay at any oppurtunity.
