Pros

NONE that I can think of at this time. This is the worse company I have ever worked for in my many years in the workforce.

Cons

They have advertised for the position of Exec Asst to Operations 4times in the last 7months!!! They tend to be very "two-faced", acting as though they are caring and "family oriented" but will turn on you for no good reason. Also, they started me at $17.50/hr with an increase "most likely" after 90days. Then I was told they only give "salary reviews" ONCE a year (end of the year) and any salary increases would be done at that time. For the amount of work you do, it's not worth it. Their "company policies" are VERY one sided also. They are geared so that they can fire you for ANY reason, even though "favorites" in the company break those "policies" everyday.

Pros

Free snacks, great field team... Can't think of much else. They have gotten away with not having to offer very many "pros" especially for those who work in the home office.

Cons

So, so many... This place under-pays and takes advantage of being one of the better employers in a small town... There's a handful of people who've been there a long time, but they're the ones who don't mind ignoring and putting up with the overbearing owner... RUN from this place...

Pros

None. There is literally none.

Cons

They do not give a crap about you or your family. They will work you to death and show no remorse. Even if they see you are making an effort, they will tear you down and treat you like garbage. If you're an assistant manager and the store has no GM, you're forced to be acting GM but if you dont make the store perfect they will hire an outside GM. They have no sense of loyalty to the people who do the hard work in the restaurants. We are literally what brings in your money. I was told to just get people to stay for more than 90 days because by then they depend on us financially and are less likely to leave! Not make them see how great we are and how much we care, make them depend on us and use that as leverage! I have had to threaten people's jobs to make them come to work. I had to discipline people for under performing when I knew they were trying. Dont even get me started on the "Christmas Party" they FORCE you to attend. It's basically an award ceremony for the office people to pat each other on the back. I gave everything I had and it wasnt enough. I missed holiday after holiday and all my kid's birthdays. They burn through people and then blame the GMs for high turnover. No, its SMI. They have crazy high expectations, show no appreciation, and wonder why people leave. The pay is trash too. You cant expect the world from people and pay 7.25. RUN! DONT WALK! RUN TO THE EXIT!
