Pros
apart from te fact that it is a place to work in, I cannot think of any other good reason for one to work there
Cons
the organization has a hierarchical-power-process culture. In its defence, it had never operated in Africa before and so made some very terrible mistakes which nearly cost it its license. I just hope it has learned and moved on and will implement best practices in dealing with employees.
