Pros

I would have loved to join this company, but there are some cons, the benefits and the prior employee comments and reviews I think someone should look into this

Cons

Truthfully, I was gonna apply for a position in this company, but based on the former employees, comments and reviews doesn’t seem to be such a good place to work, considering the benefits are poor

Pros

Love the time i worked for this company it was amazing to work for the promotions department

Cons

Sadly radio is not as popular as it used to be, this is one of the main reasons why there's no many opportunities to grow.

Formerly a Great Place to Work, Now in Decline Due to Leadership Changes

Pros

Spanish Broadcasting System (SBS) was once a great place to work — an environment where hard work was recognized, micromanagement was minimal, and the challenges were both rewarding and motivating. The company fostered a sense of pride and purpose, with employees who were truly dedicated to its mission and success.

Cons

Unfortunately, recent restructuring decisions have led to the loss of many key employees, either through uninformed senior leadership actions or as talented individuals chose to move on to more stable and supportive environments. The remaining staff have witnessed a noticeable decline in executive performance and engagement, which has affected morale and overall productivity.
