Pros

Outside community partners are wonderful.

Cons

Lack of communication with management. Opportunities to advance are only for those who are considered friends of management. Open dialogue doesn't occur when title changes occur. Expectations to assist others in their roles becomes permanent without adequate compensation. Raises are not given on a yearly basis unless they are cost of living wages.

Pros

Good job stability. Organization has been around a long time and is financially stable with funding. Always hiring.

Cons

Horrible benefits - Horrible salaries It is not the worst place to work and many of the programs do good work but there is little room for advancement and in general the environment is stale and offers little to no room for creative or intellectual growth as an employee.
