Average pay, very high pressure with a lot of metrics to hit

-Seems like it's always your team vs. Management. -Higher up always changing pay structure so you earn less. -System and rules always changing so you never really know everything you need to know. -Some coworkers will turn on you while also getting shown special treatment from managers. -During hectic days, managers don't help and when they want to help higher up will dump paper work on them so they cant. -There will be days that you either close on your own, even though there is always suppose to be 2 people there at all times, or worse, you open and close on your own. -There are some days where you just can't get a lunch break. -HR will sometimes ignore doctors request for accommodations (IE. Chairs due to back or leg pain) or demand you come in with Covid. -Higher ups will look for reasons to write you up and if none are presented, they will create reasons. -Customers can be rude, disrespectful, abusive, and sometimes racist (IE: Threatening to lynch me). -Manager will sometimes create random rules on the spot due to an issue they have with you or something you do. -Store has roach problem (They stopped caring) -Benefits don't really cover anything. -Store will sometimes try to avoid paying you by sweeping your request under the rug (I still havent receieved my backpay from when Kronos went down)
