      Lol this is a Joke!!!!, the post is probably made by someone who's sent out of the company since he/she lied about their work profile and when found guilty for the lie and probably didn't have any job other then sitting and commenting about Spider India in a public forum.

      Unfortunately, no notable pros based on my experience.

      Cons

      Salary is not credited on time. Monthly payslips are not provided regularly. Hard work and dedication are neither acknowledged nor rewarded. You cannot take leave on Fridays or Mondays, even with valid reasons. Final month’s salary is usually withheld if you resign. You may have to follow up for months to receive your experience and relieving letters, and even then, they may not be provided.
