      Toxic management and lack of projects lead to resignations

      Pros

      Company feels like lala business and not an IT company. 3 brothers running business for money. No employee centric policies. No improvements after years of complains. Mass resignations by teams.

      Cons

      Performance pay not given on time. Delay of 3 months. Policy regarding performance pay is changed anytime anyhow without formally informing employees. CDO, COO have no technical knowledge or experience in IT. Runs company like lala business. Very arrogant and abusive to employees. HR scams people for money. Lakhs of rupees scammed by HR. Company removed HR overnight without any information to employees after this scam. No projects. They have like 5 projects from past 5 years and no new projects. 2-3 clients have left this company.

      The management is illiterate, doesn't understand the core of SDLC, but keeps interrupting in between

      This is one of those jhola chhapp companies which just exists to waste employee time and money. The management is soo poor, they can't speak english at all and then interact with US. You will work 7 days a week, with no work life balance. Just reach out to employees if you don't believe these words. I'm telling, u'll regret joining this company
