      Pros

      Great company with a very transparent culture. Able to work with leadership and provide input on sales strategies and target markets. Fun team and you are provided with great software to help you focus on selling and be efficient with your time.

      Cons

      Global company so can have meetings during off-hours based on where your prospects are.

      Excellent compensation, open collaborative environment. I appreciate that management will not partner with prospects that are rude, abusive or worse. This is a safe environment to work.

      Cons

      It's hard to work remote at times.
