Pros

Lots of great people, pretty easy going, good work life balance, not pernickety about expenses. Overall a fairly good place to work.

Cons

Somewhat old-fashioned but they are trying to move with the times. Things can be slow to progress, from projects to career advancement. A lot of people have been there for a long time which is both good and bad - good because it shows people enjoy it there, but bad because it can sometimes mean change isn't welcomed.
