      Pros

      Working until 5:30, unheard of in agency life. Digital team was fun. Some really talented people.

      Cons

      Top management is absolutely appalling. No transparency, internal politics, back stabbing on a daily basis. Often a toxic environment fuelled by mediocre “professionals”.

      Small team, everyone knows everyone by name. Friendly staff and environment. Training available.

      Cons

      No clear vision or values. Limited career progression opportunities. Lack of overall innovation.

      Supportive team environment, great people and atmosphere, hardworking, respect for work life balance, great location.

      Cons

      Some teams work weekends/late often – ensure they are fairly compensated and this is acknowledged.
